Amazing analysis capabilities

I have been using Navatom for a very long time, I have tried other products prior. My overall experience is Navatom feels very dynamic and elastic, it changes and bends according to my needs.

Pros:

Navatom modules are integrated to each other. This gives us an ability to track and analyze problems very easily. One of the biggest pros is their development team I think. I will also list this as a con, but they respond to change very quickly. If I ask for a new chart for example, it's there within weeks not months or years. Another huge pro is onboarding crew, they get used to Navatom and our system within it very quickly. This saves us valuable time.

Cons:

Navatom changes, I beleive for the better very frequently. The software I used prior to Navatom had one or two updates per year. Navatom team releases updates, what feels like every week. They have guides and notifications about these changes. But if you don't like this kind of rapid change, I would try first before buying.

Reasons for choosing Navatom

We felt Navatom was a much better fit for our company. Statu changes very frequently, especially in fleet size and vessel type. Navatom welcomes change, their support and development teams are especially helpful too.

Reasons for switching to Navatom

I have switched companies, and my previous company was using a different software. But I wish I had known about Navatom there as well, I would have pushed the management of that company to use Navatom.

Our company grows with Navatom, and their excellent service and support

It's been a joyride. I find new features and goodies frequently, and my team's productivity has significantly increased by using Navatom. Another note is, since Navatom works everywhere, we could instantly work from home during the pandemic.

Pros:

Onboarding: It takes us less than a week to onboard a new ship with Navatom, usually within a couple of days the vessel is up and running. Performance: I have never seen Navatom slow down or stop working, the software and it's cloud servers are amazingly performant. Keep in mind that we have tens of thousands of reports within the system. Analysis: Navatom gives us never before seen insights into our operations. The Navatom team is also kind enough to indulge us with complex charts and reports whenever we request it of them. Support: Their support team is small but very effective. Everyone on the support team is an expert in Navatom. I can't remember the exact number but they have a track record of solving problems within minutes.

Cons:

Navatom does not have data synchronization. Instead, everything you do is instantly visible by your company. Crew members should be aware of this.

Reasons for choosing Navatom

We were looking to increase our company presence onboard our vessels, which becomes problematic in a swiftly growing company such as ours. Navatom was the fastest software we could PoC onboard all our vessels. The difference was huge. The selected ships started using Navatom within a day, where the competition took more than a month to install onboard our vessels.

Perfect, The Navatom is the best ship management software within the next 5 years.

Pros:

1. User-friendly dashboard, 2. Real-time data entrance, 3. To save time, 4. Environmental friendly. 5. It has its own Tailor-made interface so you can customize your own management system as you want.

Cons:

The program is working only online ( It has to need a continuous internet connection). The developers have to be focused on this side.
