OptimoRoute vs RouteManager: Which is best for you?

LOVE the tracking and location on it, as I am the owner of a snow clearing company and we use it to show customers who are away that their property is being cleared.

The route optimization between neighboring locations is not very accurate, which creates extra work on my end. When I’m managing dense delivery routes with many stops close together, the system often sequences them out of order or sends drivers back and forth across the same areas.

WorkWave works well for my one truck operation, I didn't need anything built for large orgs, or the price that came with them, so WW is a good option.

The reporting is very limited, doesn't include any sort of automated emails and the export you do get isn't very clear to a lot of users.
