- These systems feature user-friendly interfaces with a map-based dashboard that shows the location and status of every vehicle in your fleet in real time.
- Sometimes one screen (maybe camera screen) will say the driver is ON DUTY and another screen (hour of service report) will say the driver is DRIVING so it's not 100% uniform across the platform. And I dont like that the driver cant be given a warning when they are following too close or when they are speeding BEFORE they get hit with the infraction.
- It was easy to sue once i got the hang of it, and I liked that it was flexible and whether I was speaking to a stranded customer, a towtruck driver, or an insurance/roadside assistance company, the program had all the tools I needed to navigate for drivers, give customers eta's and find available drivers for companies setting up assiatkce for their customers.
- I do not blame towbook alone however for the issues as some were caused by internet connectivity, but still it was frustrating and counter productive
