Innovative Software with Great Customer Service

My experience has been great since the very beginning with SmartMoving, almost 3 years ago. They have a great team in place; very accommodating to our needs and have continued to customize their platform to make it more user friendly.

Cons:

Wish the system was a bit more mobile friendly when it comes to running bills and updating dispatch.

Great way to organize your entire moving company!

Overall, my experience with SmartMoving has been very positive. We all can nitpick features that will forever be on our wish list, but I think you all got a pretty good handle on the big stuff: Sales, storage, flexible tariff options, and Dispatch too, although I think it can still be improved upon

Ease of use, I’m not very tech savvy, but the interface is pretty user-friendly in my opinion. Also, I really like the responsiveness of the support team. storage module is well thought out, although taxing “warehouse handling” when “prepaid storage” is selected on the estimate is rather baffling to me. The ability to create multiple tariffs is super cool too

Cons:

Customer service module could be built out a little more (vendor information, direct customer interaction like in the sales module). Ability to add freestanding notes on the Dispatch calendar would be helpful. The customer profiles could use some work. Perhaps a feature to flag. The customer as a problem customer directly in their profile instead of job dependent. Also locking their names so that if a client changes the main contact person, it only affects that one active opportunity in any other opportunity after that. Currently it changes the name on all jobs throughout that client’s history.

Love it, customer service is pretty responsive, the product its self feels well ahead of the industry standard, and very rarely do we have any techincal difficulties.

We love the how user freindly it feels. When I was first looking at CRM's I kept mentioning that SmartMoving is the "Apple" of the moving industry. Very clean and easy to understand for both businesses and customers. Also, for me personally the inventory is very easy to use for on-site estimates which is a mjaor plus!

Cons:

Lack of felxiblity/consitency on data reports. Some reports are able to filter certain factors while others don't allow you to. They're constantly updating tis though.

SmartMoving felt like apple where as Movegistics felt like android.

Overall Excellent Product for Moving Companies

SmartMoving is moving software designed by people who truly understand the industry and they are constantly working on upgrades from real users.

Cons:

I don't really have any complaints at the moment. The team is continuously working on fixes and upgrades and over time they have offered more than we could have even dreamed of or asked for.

Customer First and Good Growth

SmartMoving has been a game changer with our growing moving company in keeping all of our daily operations and billing in line. We are now an agent for a van line and I am hoping to see some growth with integrations there.

I wish there was more on the accounting side so it is all in one and there is not a need to integrate with other systems.

More cost effective at the time and we did not necessarily need an in depth product like MoversSuite. Now I would say SmartMoving is very comparitive to MoversSuite as the years have gone by.

Smartmoving / MoveMint

This software has been a reliable workhorse for our company since switching after nearly 2 years with Moverbase. We’ve seen our sales go from 125k to 650k since switching to SM. The volume we are doing now would not be possible with our old software.

Easy to learn to use the system, I do like being able to see when people read their estimates that we send via email, and the streamline of note taking

Cons:

I wish there was more of an ability to change the estimate portal and make it more customized to what the customer sees.
