Google Forms vs Workday Peakon Employee Voice: Which is best for you?

Google Forms has assisted me to gather responses, applications, and reviews within a short period without having to set up any technical tools and pay subscription fees to survey applications.

The one drawback that I have found is that if a staff member creates a form in our shared drive, they are unable to add the option of collecting images as one of the features.

This product gives employees an opportunity to raise concerns or relay satisfaction to their leaders. Where I work, this has given leadership the opportunity to recognize areas they may have fallen short and/or to realize patterns in the business that are not visible in day-to-day operations at their level.

The emails are sometimes a bit much, it feels like just another notification to deal with when I am focusing on a project.
