Hurrah is a great piece of software, but could benefit from an simpler user interface. It has been quite the learning curve to create metrics that bring all of the necessary data from CRM to Hurrah - given the high level of demand and customization in our organization. The support team has been great in providing training and troubleshooting when needed.
