Pros:

Easy to use for non-tech people like me Tons of great templates and logos of superior quality with a great editor functionality Pricing is in the mid-range of the market but the quality of the end product is the best I've seen. Very rapid customer support replies via online chat window and followed up via email.

Cons:

I can't think of a thing I'd improve other than maybe adding more preformatted social network templates.

Reasons for choosing BrandCrowd

Just a better UX all the way around with similar/average pricing.

Reasons for switching to BrandCrowd

I much preferred the logo graphics available as they were far superior in detail.

Cons:

Not able to do double sided print, not able to try a new layout without losing all progress

They stole my idea

This is false advertising. How could you tell someone you have seven days and then sell it without my permission in less than that time? They did nothing to correct the issue. There is no phone number or live chat available. They did not say who they sold it to or how much it was sold for. It has an Australian address, which makes customer service even more unreachable. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! BEWARE!

It seemed like a good program until they sold my design without my permission.

Cons:

I give BrandCrowd zero stars!!!!! I created a design I liked and started showing my board members and getting feedback and making edits. While I was doing this they sent me an email stating I had seven days to purchase their subscription. Before the seven days was up I tried to purchase and they said it was no longer available and they sold it (without my permission). I received no compensation for this sale. Customer service is terrible. They only have email and they don’t respond right away. Customer service could only say sorry but it’s no longer available. They stole my idea and I am furious!! I would never recommend this software to anyone!

Pros:

I enjoy being able to toggle the design around within the same website without needing additional software. Its straightforward yet allows great customization within, has good amount of fonts and colors. Easy to use, enjoyable process.

Cons:

I feel like there could be more options for the initial development such as preferred style, but all in all, good product, does what it says it will do.

Can't edit logo

Just...terrible. Would be happy to pay an annual subscription for something I liked. They did absolutely nothing to help me or make me satisfied as a first time user. I thought I'd try their service, then meet with my business partners to settle on a logo design after the fact. After they had my money however I was locked into one logo. Just awful.

awful first experience, thought I could edit my logo after the fact but all that can be edited is the colour and text.

Cons:

Fraudulent company. The reviews on google are all made by the same person. I signed up for an annual subscription that was supposed to allow for unlimited edits to my logo design. The logo image cannot be edited at all however. Talked to customer service and they ended the chat abruptly.

I logged on and looked at designs, made one, didn't love it

Cons:

...then three years later noticed they're been billing me $60 annually for three years, same day the charge came for year 3 I asked for a refund since it was a mistake and they said nope, terms of service, blah blah blah, our cancellation policy etc etc. Not very forgiving. Happy to pay for things I use and like, not so much for accidental wine-fueled key strokes one night in 2020.
