A logo is just a logo, until it someone with a vision gives meaning and purpose to it

As a business consultant and designer, at some point you grow this kind of 'gut feeling' to instantly know whether or not an organization is genuine, or just not there yet. I my personal view and experience, I think that the words of [sensitive content hidden] (original angel investor at Apple), 'You should never start a company with the goal of getting rich. Your goal should be making something you believe in and making a company that will last.' best resembles the feeling I get from this company. Typically companies need to find the best equilibrium between product leadership, operational excellence, and customer intimacy. Usually, companies have one main strategy, and one side strategy. But in my opinion, SMASHINGLOGO succeeds to excel in both product leadership, as well as customer intimacy. And that is a formula for success.

Pros:

From a purchase point of view, you always search for getting the maximum value possible, for the price you pay. But these guys go beyond this. Usually a company has a good product, but lacks in customer intimacy. The fact that they manage to excel in both areas, reflects everything about the way this business is organized. And for me personally, that is the reason to choose for a company. So from this point of view, credits go to [sensitive content hidden], and leadership. Because attitude reflects leadership.

Cons:

Readers will think this is a fake review, but I have absolutely nothing no cons to mention about this organization.

Clean, user-friendly website Able to visually see changes in real-time

Cons:

*BEST ADVICE - Go Elsewhere. Save time, money, and get the logo you want. I do like the platform, however it will need to be more intuitive with more robust options and better customer support. 1. LIMITED ELEMENTS/FONTS/DESIGNING CAPABILITIES Does NOT have all of the elements needed to complete your logo/design. Edits, developments, fonts, all are limited in supply. 2, Since located in Vienna, Austria - you'll be waiting for resolves to issues over 24hrs if located in LATAM, AMER OR APAC - only via email through web contact form.

Amazing Company And Even More Amazing Logos!

My overall experience with Smashinglogo has been amazing and I highly recommend it. Their responsiveness to emails and inquiries is top notch and usually after the initial purchase, it’s very difficult to get anything from most Companies but not with Smashinglogo.

First and foremost the Company is extremely responsive to emails for help! Every time I have sent them a email, I get a email back from [sensitive content hidden] within 12-24 hours every single time. It’s amazing! The different options for packages to select and the forever rebrand option is great because sometimes I just need to change up the look for small business from time to time. I have been with Smashinglogo for a while and they definitely stand behind that forever rebrand guarantee! There is a million way for you design your logo with their designers and software. It would be shocking if you can’t find a design you absolutely love!

Cons:

I wish you could custom a design a little bit with what you want.

Easy to use, great, fast, on point , professional, helpful and kind customer service, the color palette is unbelievable, the AI generated logos are endless.

So many different way to edit your logo. Great package deals with all social media, email signature, printable version of your logo and the list goes on. Also I can edit after purchase, we still can change our minds right?

Cons:

Need more font type, I needed a specific style and didn’t find it but I went with another pretty one for my brand logo.

The easy handling made the creation of the logo fun. You also receive files for all possible applications - whether print or social media use - online application or advertising prints - it was all there. There is no risk if you don't like the design straight away or if you have changes. The support team is very friendly if you have any queries and changes are free of charge within 30 days.

Designing the logo was fun with the support of the program and we were thrilled to have found a logo within minutes that fits perfectly in color, design and expression. We also particularly liked the preview, which shows how the logo looks in the various applications. Thanks to the satisfaction guarantee, a small change to the design was easy to make and free of charge. The support responded quickly and in a very friendly manner and explained everything very simply.

Cons:

There was nothing I could criticise. Easy to use. The support is friendly. The price is fair and with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for free changes

I am a total fan of this service! I created logo which I can use and change multiple times and I am amazed about the results I get every time I play with it. And I find it very good value for money. Very well presented information about ownership, which is crucial in the AI related fields.

Cons:

At this stage I didn’t really find major negatives. I hope I won’t find them in the future as well :)
