- Mindbody has one of the easiest booking systems available, integrates payment processing, schedules and class customization is quick and easy, and the mobile app is great for doing things on the go.
- From day1 it seemed that the platform for hair salons was made by forcing it to conform with the Spa / Health Club platform - Hair Salons did not have a stand-alone platform - we were added into the Gym platform - we were not designed as hair salon software from the ground up.

- The instruction the process was done very well and every class was videoed I also got quick responses when I had a problem.
- There constantly seems to be bugs or glitches to work out, it costs extra to send emails and texts using the software, you aren’t able to sign up more than one user at once unless you pay extra, the attendance aspect is minimal at best and doesn’t provide details about students
