- It facilitates every possible option I could think of for idea tracking (both internally and externally), prioritization, roadmapping, integrations with other platforms, and more.
- It can become overwhelming learning how to customize everything to your needs, and it is one of the more expensive softwares I’ve used.
- It’s a strong, accessible tool for quickly creating and collaborating on diagrams, especially when the goal is clarity and alignment rather than pixel-perfect design. While it can feel constrained for very complex or highly technical diagrams and gets expensive at scale, it does a great job of helping teams communicate visually with minimal friction.
- It provides so much, but the one thing that kind of bothers me is that when switching to an already open chart that I haven't visited for a few days results in a delay of displaying the chart.
