Chrome Remote Desktop vs GoToMyPC: Which is best for you?

I'm able to easily connect to my mom's desktop from my laptop (we live in different states) and I'm able to help her figure out whatever problem she is having.

The display quality of the remote PC is not slightly not good and sometimes the mouse drags when the network is poor

I like that I can work from my office at home when I need to meet a deadline, or something important comes up with a client and they need my help, but I need to be able to see the ledgers.

Their billing practices are questionable as they give minimal notice for the annual billing and when you go to cancel after they have taken the funds, they will not refund you and tell you you are stuck with them for another year.
