It has enabled us to standardize processes, automate repetitive work, and scale support across multiple departments with a lean team. While there is a learning curve for advanced features, the overall value and stability of the platform have exceeded expectations.

Sometimes it takes a while for translations, especially into German, to be displayed cleanly and correctly, which can sometimes lead to confusion.

There are other paid-for and free modules which enable further integration such as Document Manager, Asset Management, Supplier Manager, Project Manager etc.

I find it very clunky and cumbersome to pull meaningful graphics out of the system due to not being confident or comfortable with the coding requirements to link tables and such.
