We like using LiveChat because it offers online access to a team both via various devices, which ensures we can respond to clients on the move.

The system disconnects on its own without any warning, incoming client chat requests are not notified, and messages are missed entirely.

It was a good starting point for us offering live chat to our customers and without removing the branding and paying for the service having a free option to chat to customers on our site was valuable.

Notifications are sometimes inconsistent when I haven’t had the browser tab open, I missed a couple of incoming chats. And having the mobile app is useful but not as quick to toggle between multiple conversations.
