Series5000 is an asset tracking and management solution that enables organizations to manage IT hardware data. The solution comes with key functionalities that includes search functionality, reporting, a centralized database and asset-location tracking.

Series5000 enables IT professionals to monitor assets from mobile devices. Further, it enables managers to generate reports that includes obligations analysis, legal document analysis and lease schedules. The depreciation module automates the deduction of costs over time.

Support is provided through an online portal, email and phone. The solution provides data import/export facilities to Microsoft Excel. The solution offers third-party integrations with Netsuite, Sage Intacct, Qlikview, Oracle and Citrix. Other modules include barcode scanning and radio-frequency identification (RFID).

Everything a company should ever need

The customer service is second to none and RAM will bend over backwards to make sure any issues experienced are resolved or any questions you ask are answered. The tool is everything that should ever be needed. Great to keep track of all your company assets as well as invoices.


Ability to keep track of all assets


Not so much the software but more the speed of scanners if using scanners along side the database. This may be down to the scanners.
