Supremo Remote Desktop vs Zoho Assist: Which is best for you?

I've been using Supremo for a few years now, and I really like the simple and clean interface.

It can't handle multiple monitors at the host end, so sometimes you have to ask the host user to move windows from one monitor to another.

The platform allows me to have all the equipment I need to provide service to clearly organized and always available, which makes day-to-day operations much more efficient.

Have some connection issues and lag. If a user has a dual-screen setup, it doesn't always allow the remote session to be moved to the preferred screen, causing frustration for the technician.
