AdaCare vs CareSmartz360: Which is best for you?

I have been using Adacare for over 10 years now & I love everything the software system has to offer for my Personal Care Agency, from scheduling, Billing, & Reporting...

Sometimes the GPS doesn't line up right for my clients that live in the sticks. And sometimes it can be unforgiving if you hit the wrong button.

Clean layout and having ability to questions answered quickly through chat by live person and AI during off hours.

Old looking user interface, occasionally slow to load, Agency owner app has very little functionality, Some of the day to day operations are not intuitive (I don't need everything to be simple, but day to day stuff like scheduling should be).
