Caretime vs GEOH: Which is best for you?

Caretime is very user friendly for Caregivers to clock in and out as well as documentation of visits to clients.

Customer support is another major issue — the phone number provided keeps you on hold for more than 10 minutes before disconnecting, and even our caregivers struggle to get through when they need help.

I love that fact that [sensitive content hidden] my representative is very helpful and fits me in her schedule as soon as possible. If I can’t get a hold of her then customer service number are just as helpful and nice.

What I like the least about geoh is when I just recently plotted certain schedules, It will not show up when I'm trying to extract it as visits.
