- The system does what I need as a small hotel owner, and seems to have many options available as we grow (such as the ability to provide codes for automatic door locks).
- Some guests have had problems with the online booking engine. When selecting a room, if unavailable, they assume nothing is available.
- Think reservations was a tremendous help to me.
- The only drawback is they don't offer website templates and hiring a company to build it for you can be very expensive. But they have builders they work with, so don't let that deter you if you have the funds.
