Cloudbeds support to be very slow and unhelpful, which made resolving issues frustrating. Need more improvement when it comes to the accounting stuff as well.

Installations for Premier and then Cloud were wonky. Took some time to get it installed property, but overall product meets the need. Customer service is okay - most tickets answered quickly enough. We have been a RM customer for many years. We know what to expect.
