Our goal is the same as yours, to make sure you are getting the most of your investment and that we are meeting your needs. There are more than 140 Reports and Graphs built into roomMaster. We are dedicated to providing the analytical data our clients need to make smart decisions about their business. We do know however, that hoteliers can have different reporting needs and we may not accommodate them all. This is the main reason that we offer the ability for our clients to have direct access to the database to create their own reports using SQL. We offer custom report writing services to assist our clients with these reports as well. We see that you have started the transition to our new booking engine. Room Master has its good and bad days. It will shut down on you sometimes. It will give you wrong information sometimes. It is a nice system but could use many improvements but also doesn't need much to improve! If you can work around the quirks, then it is a good system for you!
