Stayflexi is a property management software that helps businesses in the hospitality industry manage various administrative operations related to housekeeping, room bookings, payment processing and more. Professionals can handle check-in/out processes and update the rates or reservation status of rooms across multiple channels.

Stayflexi offers mobile applications for iOS and Android devices, enabling hotels to view upcoming bookings on a calendar and streamline point-of-sale (POS) operations. Haven't had any bugs till today and is working smooth. The support is also very good

Cons:

Feel the reservation calender view could be better. Also they could show insights on homestays too

Affordable and Accessible Business Insights Anywhere

Stayflexi is a user-friendly and intuitive hotel management system. Despite its simplicity, it offers comprehensive features, including booking management and seamless integration with major platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, and others.

Cons:

To date, my experience with Stayflexi has been smooth, with no notable drawbacks.

Reasons for choosing Stayflexi

When I inquired about integrating with the restaurant, I was informed that Stayflexi POS requires a desktop computer. However, I was looking for a solution that supports Bluetooth printers and allows printing directly from a mobile phone or tablet, to minimize hardware investment.

Accountability and how fast the response is. The team is also very helpful and understand each and every issue we face and come up with solutions quickly.

Cons:

Follow ups sometimes take more time or else everything else is good. The app works smoothly, but hoping to get all the functions pm the mobile app.

The PMS connectivity with the channel manager makes the life more easy to work with direct and ota bookings.

Cons:

stayflexi needs to make changes in room types drop down menu which will make more friendly to work. Also we need to add some reports for the forecasting our revenue in detail.
