7shifts vs Harri: Which is best for you?

Staff appreciate the ability to easily view their schedules, request time off, and trade or pick up open shifts directly through the app.

We signed up for 7shifts to manage hospitality rosters but stopped using it months ago. When our old manager left, the subscription kept running unnoticed — and despite not using the product at all, they refused to refund nearly $500 that was auto-charged.

The Harri Workforce Management looks good, it is easy to set up and easy to use, it just doesn't work as it should.

Very difficult to find attachments sent by employers.
