7shifts vs Sling: Which is best for you?

Staff appreciate the ability to easily view their schedules, request time off, and trade or pick up open shifts directly through the app.

We signed up for 7shifts to manage hospitality rosters but stopped using it months ago. When our old manager left, the subscription kept running unnoticed — and despite not using the product at all, they refused to refund nearly $500 that was auto-charged.

I'm using the trial of the business premium & love the geofencing/clock-in feature, however, I found that if you accidently clock out, you cannot edit the clock out or clock back in until your next shift.

Some automation features are lacking in the free version, and I sometimes have to spend additional time manually adjusting schedules for last-minute changes.
