Pros / Cons
  • It offers a wide range of management tools, like HR/Payroll/time-off management, all in one platform, making it easy for HR and users to access all the resources they need
  • The system itself is robust in theory but overly complex in practice, making simple tasks take far more time than they should. While ADP offers a wide range of features, the lack of reliable support and efficiency has made the platform frustrating to use and difficult to trust for critical HR and payroll functions.
