The system itself is robust in theory but overly complex in practice, making simple tasks take far more time than they should. While ADP offers a wide range of features, the lack of reliable support and efficiency has made the platform frustrating to use and difficult to trust for critical HR and payroll functions.

Nice tool saving time by regularly sending surveys about employee performance, allowing giving feedback to employees quite easily, with privacy options to make it anonymous or visible.

No other software that I found had a trial available and we don't have the time or budget to invest in something that ends up not being useful for our organization.
