Once you get past the initial learning curve, the system is capable and efficient, and having everything housed in one place has definitely streamlined our workflow.

There are so many options to customize the system that it feels overwhelming and many of the appealing options get lost.

The tax management features are simply amazing and automatically compute and submit our payroll taxes in numerous states to remote employees.

I am disappointed that I cannot add a note to common transactions like adjusting PTO balance, or even attaching emails to transactions.
