- The availability of integrations enabled us to combine records from multiple payroll platforms so we had one unified system for reporting & analytics.
- The inability to add custom fields to standard tables requires the creation of separate custom tables that are not connected to standard tables and requires the duplication of data.
- As mentioned before, in the recruitment portion, I would love to see more automated emails once an employee is moved in the pool or disqualified. But I emailed TalentHR and they already implemented one of my ideas, which as a user, makes me feel great to know they take ideas into consideration to improve their work flow.
- Some necessary feature development is missing with no indication that it will ever be added, for example there is no way to assign the inventory function to the employee responsible for that function, or the leave management function to the person responsible for leave management.
