Chattr helping Aqua-Tots

Overall we enjoy Chattr. There are always going to be growing pains with any new platfrom but Chattr does a great job at navigating those challenges with us.

Pros:

They allow our hiring managers to really own the hiring process with ease. The chattrbot really takes out the grunt work of sourcing to find the best candidate. The customer support is top tier. I always get a friendly and timely response to any issues. I love that they are open to feedback on things to adjust and/or incorporate to make things more user friendly.

Cons:

While the Chattrbot helps find the most qualified candidate it does cause application fatigue which leaves us with a handful of unfinished applications.

Easy to use and customer driven

Really enjoy the customer support and find they listen to suggestions. We hire for 18 different sites in a variety of roles and it is a great option for us. I recommend it to all my fellow recruiters!

The system is easy to use for myself and all of my hiring managers. We are a retail establishment with 18 sites and it is the best solution for us!

Can't think of anything we like least... our applicants even find it to work well! Would recommend this to anyone.

I’m impressed overall, it’s my first time using an online agent. I have had more applicants since using, and definitely receive better information from the applicants prior to the interview. I’m better prepared to meet them and am able to make quicker hiring decisions

Pros:

It’s easy to see upcoming interviews so you can plan around them and you’re given an option to reschedule if necessary. I can easily see some back ground info and experience candidates have answered to the Chattr ai program. The ai program is really intuitive, so it gets relevant answers.

Cons:

In the beginning it didn’t load all the “upcoming” and “scheduled” interviews immediately but this seems to have been fixed, and I have not had any other issues.

Chattr AI made it very easy to organize, streamline, & simplify the applicant qualification & interview scheduling process.

Cons:

I have no issues with Chattr AI. We use it on a very small scale, the software seems like it'd scale fairly simply if we needed to go bigger.

Their Automated process. Once I posted my job, the prospects would get responses via email and answer their questions and an interview would be set up without taking up any of my time

Cons:

I needed help from time to time inputting job orders or updating my posts Sometimes the response from customer service is not fast enough.

A review for our two brands

As a company with two brands, we have seen our job candidate list grow daily. It has helped with our recruitment immensely. We are happy with Chattr and expect, as they have shown since the beginning, better things to come in the future.

Pros:

We have been using Chattr software for a little over four years. We were introduced to this software close to when Chattr started. It has helped us so much with hiring for both of our brands. There are updates and improvements monthly. Chattr will alert you about what updates have been made, how to maneuver around them, and how they will affect your daily use. The customer service you receive is always friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only con was that when we first came on board with Chattr 4+ years ago, we would run into a situation in which we would explain what we were trying to do, to fit the needs of our hiring process. When it was something that Chattr did not offer, Chattr would always take down the suggestion and bring it to their discussion table. Eventually, the suggestion was implemented into the program. I wish there were ways to be able to flag names that apply and that we have already interviewed, especially when they use a different email or change the spelling of their name, because it only allows candidates to apply once.

Chattr is a recruiting game changer

Great, my hiring managers absolutely love it. We are a franchise and have a dedicated section on our website for hiring. As soon as someone applies there we redirected them into chattr.

Streamlined process for interviews and posting to job boards. Custom Ai chatbots can weed through unqualified applicants.

Cons:

Lack of telephone support, interface can be a little clunky when your first learning but once you have it down it's very versatile.

Amazing AI Hiring Software that makes our hiring process extremely easy

We are very happy with Chattr. We always have a ton of interviews which keeps our business flowing. The software is very easy to use and mobile friendly. We noticed a huge increase in applicants when we switched to Chattr.

It lands us a ton of interviews which is desperately needed in our field. It's also very easy to use and the Chattr team is always helpful. It is extremely mobile friendly which is great for landing our target talent.

Cons:

None at the moment. Every issue we have had was resolved very quickly. One of the issues was that applicants were saying that interview slots were full but they clearly were not. Also, stacking interviews was a little cumbersome in the beginning but we figured it out.
