Mitratech Circa is a talent acquisition compliance platform that unites OFCCP compliance and diversity recruiting in one system. Built for federal contractors and employers committed to inclusive hiring, Circa reduces manual work, strengthens outreach, and ensures organizations remain audit-ready.

The platform automates OFCCP job postings to state ESDS boards and documents protected veteran outreach. Employers can also connect with a network of more than 15,000 community-based organizations to document good faith efforts and expand access to local talent pipelines.

Circa goes beyond compliance by supporting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. Employers can reach underrepresented groups, monitor diversity recruiting performance, and track progress toward DEIB goals. Customer Service and the people I'm working with to help ensure that we are fully compliant. They are patient with me and are willing to take the time to show me what I need to know.

Cons:

Not always easy to figure out the best networking groups to use. I don't do this often enough though.

Circa was known to our other division.

We were going to a "One ZOLL" product, and our other division preferred Circa so we went with their preference.

Pros:

So I like that this allows you to post your job postings in multiple job sites.

Cons:

I don't like that once you review resumes it's hard to sort, you can't do approved, maybe or declined... it's just approved or declined.

I use LocalJobNetwork daily for multiple tasks

I've used the network for almost 9 years and feel it's an integral part of my recruiting portfolio.

It's extemely easy to use. I can export any information I want easily.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of, would be if I could "check" more boxes/resumes at one time.
