Everyday use software for beginners.

Overall, I think it is a good app for the price i pay. It is simple and easy to use with great customization, scheduling, payroll and time tracking. I do recommend to try ClockShark to my friends and relatives.

Pros:

ClockShark is a good app which is easy to use on smaller screens. The best thing about ClockShark is that it has accurate time tracker with the support of GPS and a great security level. The scheduling and payroll is very simple to set up and works well. The customer support is helpful and responsive.

Cons:

I thing the mobile app does have some bugs and issues which delays loading, syncing and makes GPS inaccurate. however, it is not frequent and can be solved using help of customer service.

4 years with Clockshark, Best timeclock solution out there.

I've been using Clockshark for almost 4 years every day and it's been easy to set-up, easy to use and has become an integral part of our SOP. I've shopped around for other options, couldn't find one that could compete for the price. Heck, our primary CRM even offers a time clock feature included with our plan but we prefer to pay additional to use Clockshark.

Pros:

It's easy for my guys to clock in and out. Reminds them when they get to the job sites (if I remember to add the GeoFence, see my Cons section for my gripe with that), Sends them a notification every morning reminding them to clock in (it's been a hassle to get some of them to remember..).

Cons:

The geofence cannot be enabled by default when adding a new job. I use Zapier to create my jobs in Clockshark and there's no way to automatically enable the geofence. That's my only qualm with Clockshark to date and we've been using them for nearing 4 years.

Reasons for choosing ClockShark

It had the best pricing for our needs. It allows for flexible pricing per user versus a set fee per month. I liked their webapp.

Very helpful with scheduling and keeping on top of things, I am much more efficient by using clockshark.

Cons:

Not really, has everything that I could need. Maybe more features in the future could be helpful but it’s a great as it is right now.

Absolute game changer & money saver! Being able to see where my guys physically are while clocked in leaves no room for arguments when it comes to clocking in late, leaving early, or long lunches!

On time all the time

Before using clock shark there was disputes with my time card, but now that I’m using clock shark there is none

It does all the work for me so I don’t have to . Keeps track of my breaks and lunches

Cons:

I don’t think that there was anything that I don’t like about clock shark . It’s very accurate with the times I punch out and the times I punch you in so there’s no more disputes and if I was late.

This has made my job easier once I found out about this software. It allows me to do employees timesheet in a timely manner.

Cons:

It has a mobile app function that allows me to do timesheets on the go while I'm travelling due to work.

My review of clockshark

I found this software very easy from the beginning to download to the tech-support to the overall experience of using the app I feel it is very user-friendly and would definitely recommend

The location services and how easy it is for taking care of payroll. And is easy to download on all platforms

Cons:

Nothing really, I guess mabey other than forgetting to punch out when I was done for the day. It was good that it auto punched you out
