About Compease

Compease is a complete cloud-based salary administration solution used by businesses of all sizes across industries such as retail and manufacturing. The solution allows HR teams to facilitate the analysis, design and execution of their salary administration strategy by balancing internal equity and external market competitiveness from salary data that is updated annually.

Positions are evaluated using multiple factors which are then assigned a grade within a salary structure. The solution also allows users to automatically model out various merit possibilities based on performance, compa-ratio and range penetration and demonstrates their financial impact to the budget without affecting existing pay structures.

In addition, a dashboard is offered to communicate an overview of the system, an allocation of merit, jobs by classification and company performance. The reporting capabilities provide the information needed to make decisions by delivering access to compensation intelligence.
