  • The login hours feature can be problematic at times. If a staff member forgets to sign out, the hours can get mixed up and show extremely high numbers (for example, indicating that someone worked 20–30 hours over a weekend).

  • What I like about Qgenda is that you are able to track multiple people’s schedules at a time. And that are able to access history and limits of requests easily.
  • The fields where the provider’s name or a date would auto-populate now appear as large, clunky rectangles, which makes the document look messy and unprofessional. Because of that, I’ve chosen not to use this feature.
