  • The strongest asset about Connecteam is the ability to fully customize the schedule including reports, schedules, job titles and subtitles.
  • The login hours feature can be problematic at times. If a staff member forgets to sign out, the hours can get mixed up and show extremely high numbers (for example, indicating that someone worked 20–30 hours over a weekend).

  • I was sceptical at first, always used an excel document for holiday and rota but I'm so pleased we moved to Rotacloud it has reduced my workload and makes it easy for staff to be informed of changes to their working shifts without the need for me to email separately.
  • The only downside is that it doesn't link in to our Outlook calendars in quite the way we would like, or our HR system which could then automatically input holidays.
