- The most intriguing feature was the ability to choose whether or not to blur screenshots. While other time tracking software also offers screenshot functionality, DeskTime's option to blur sensitive information sets it apart.
- If the billing fails in any case, instead of sending the notification to the administrator the software becomes annoying to all the users giving a ping every few mins, which is annoying to the limit of completely unsubscribing from the product.
