Customer service, [sensitive content hidden] are great to work with and they have a quick turnaround on tickets/email questions. Like with anything new, the in-service was info-overload and intimidating for my Team, but with practice, they got it! It's smooth sailing now.

better price and product. We could do more with DH than with Cipher. Long wait time for ticket resolution. Doesn't provide detailed analytics like DH.

I have been using dialog health for the last 6 years. Our patients are happy (makes it easy for them to communicate with us), our physicians are happy (reduces same-day cancellations and no-shows), and my staff is happy (saves time that they would normally spend on the phone).
