Good exam conducting software

My experience with the service has been positive. The web interface is intuitive and easy to use, making it accessible for individuals with basic computer knowledge. However, there is a minor drawback related to the occasional delay in the video ID verification process. A very budget friendly assessment tool

Eklavvya team was super helpful from walkthrough to implementation. One of the core reasons to get this platform would be the support.

- Ability to create on-the-fly assessments for students - Clean data flow of user responses - Proctoring to avoid cheating

Cons:

- The UI is choppy - The formatting options could be improved for the content

Reasons for choosing Eklavvya

While Mettl offers better features and good UI, it is very expensive compared to Eklavvya. To get an idea - The GST (tax) charged per ticket by Mettl was more than the complete cost of Eklavvya.

Excellent service and support to resolve issue at any time. Very fast to resolve the issues.

Cons:

totally happy with overall support, nothing on technical ground but commercially expecting that rates of examination should be reduced further by 30 %.

We had compared the features available for examination/assessment on Eklavvya portal and find far better and effective from others for importing and exporting assessment. Good team to resolve the issues at any time.

Proctoring feature is very efficient, scheduling exams and also downloading reports are very easy to use.

Cons:

Duplication of questions cannot be monitored. System should restrict duplication of questions and options as well.

Most User friendly and Scalable software for Proctored assessments

We have been associated with Eklavvya from the last 2+ years, It has been deployed for large-scale proctoring assessments. It is a robust and reliable solution and works on low to medium internet bandwidth as well.

User-friendly and easy to configure the system. Customer Support is exceptional, we have used the system for more than 50,000 candidates and it worked smoothly

Cons:

AI proctoring reports can be improved, currently it provides facial recognition, secure browser alerts and malpractice in the report. But for overall analysis of proctoring in the report can be improved

People and technology

Satisfied there were some technical issues but were addressed by the team. Will be using more often. One critical suggestion. Online exams can lead to a lot of anxiety. Help desk resources need to be equipped more efficiently and Timelines a are of extreme importance. Especially in our case where multiple schools and young students and parents were getting accustomed to a hybrid competition. Thanks Eklavvya team . Pleasure interacting with you

Appreciated the speed of response from the team and guidance. Any bugs that were identified, were acknowledged and addressed quickly. Rahul Pranali and team were always reachable and responded quickly to ensure timelines were adhered to

Cons:

Pricing can be more competitive since first trials do lead to doubts and apprehension. Being a tech product , usage and familiarity will lead to stickiness for long term usage. Orientation can be made more user friendly for first timers and boot strapped start ups who are new to the ed tech category .. once they use the platform, they will definitely encourage word of mouth recommendations
