eSkill vs HR Avatar: Which is best for you?

When using eSkills I like the fact that you can build your own testing built on the skills you are looking for.

I have been a secretary for over 30 years and the tests fail me constantly and they are rigged to fail test takers because if you learned on different versions and select the drop down menu as opposed to the icon, you get marked as incorrect.

This makes it easier for us to initiate testing for basic skills that pertain to Microsoft, Excel, and Math testing.

Some reports may be a bit lengthy, and I wish there were more customization options for specific roles.
