Practical OKR software to drive strategy execution

Great experience, builds clarity and also helps us double down on collaboration to achieve outcomes as a team. Love the real-time alignment boards and insights to how each team is contributing to move the organization forward.

Pros:

Very simple and intuitive software. The CFR (Conversation, Feedback, Recognition) module is fantastic in driving continuous dialogues around moving the KRs forward. For individuals, who are new to OKRs will find the Academy videos really helpful in building OKR concepts and understanding

Cons:

Nothing as such. It would be nice if you could have more videos on the Academy.

Pros:

The organization of the OKRs into different priority tabs, tracking the progress regularly and rearranging the OKRs based on our requirement - have been the best features so far. The upgradation of the platform has always helped us more ;)

Reasonably priced

It was great when I started out, and the price was the best around. Lots of great videos and creating workouts was straight-forward. However as I used it more and more there were limitations to modifying existing workouts and it became frustrating.

Great tool for large teams

It was great working with the Fitbots team to introduce OKRs across the organisation, they made the process easier and provided clarity to all teams. The OKR coach has been extremely supportive and dependable throughout the process of implementation.

1. Enables teams to easily monitor KR progress efficiently. 2. Has good features such as filter by team members, KRs at risk, etc. to have focused and timely discussions. 3. Better collaboration and clarity on teams tasks is a definite plus. 4. Every team member is aligned to the Organisation's goals.

UI looks crowded, this could be improved

Very simple and intuitive. Easy to apply OKR concepts directly to the software model. I think the learning curve is low and allows teams to quickly start using it and seeing the outcomes rather than having to invest more time in teaching the intricacies of the software platform.

Cons:

Would be nice if you could provide connects to performance management system and the ability to get individual reports.
