Fivel is a cloud-based learning management system designed to help users adopt new software and technology solutions such as Cisco’s Spark, Jabber, WebEx, Microsoft 365, Skype and Yammer. The solution offers pre-built course content, reporting tools and gamification features.

Fivel provides real-time reporting and analytics to provide information on employee progress and knowledge retention. Users can identify how many employees have accessed course content and whether employees may need additional training.

Gamification features include a classification system for users based on the courses they sign up for. Users can be publicly recognized for completing courses and becoming early adopters of new systems. A mobile app is also available.
