Pros:

What I like most is how much ease it is to provide feedback without overly feeling stimulated by the question. Really straight forward and how you to response to your engagement with specific topics. I used the tool at work and also through indeed that allows you to rate and review a company you work for. I have been using this tool for over 4 years now and the customer support is awesome when you feel unsure of this. Great survey tool.

Cons:

To be honest it can be a little time consuming and ask a little personal questions but I understand the survey is to get a strong feedback on rate and review a company that one might have worked for to allow others to make a decision to apply. I so get it that is the only thing I do not like.

I like using Flex Surveys because through this platform, I've been able to express my satisfaction with the work environment and express what I like most and least, thus helping to improve work and ensuring that we are heard more through Flex Surveys. Likewise, all the information is compiled to create a more accurate database with the collected data and thus understand employee engagement and performance.

Cons:

I can't say that everything has been perfect because sometimes the system is slow to load information, but it's a matter of patience and waiting; otherwise, everything works well.
