    Rapida, smart ed al giusto prezzo. Parli poco e fai tanto e quanto hai bisogno c'è sempre qualcuno e sono loro i primi a chiederti se hai bisogno.

    Pros:
    Il prodotto ha un costo che rientra nelle medie di mercato ma concede funzionalità molto avanzate con settaggi veramente semplici che non richiedono nemmeno una formazione tanto sono intuitive. Per i passaggi più delicati inoltre è sempre disponibile una guida ed una chat pronta a risolvere le problematiche (rare) su cui si può incappare. E' veramente adattabile a tutte le esigenze, da chi ha una sede a chi ne ha tante, da chi ha poche risorse a chi ne ha a centinaia. Ottimi gli export su XLS per analisi a chi è meno avvezzo a piattaforme così smart ed altrettanto funzionali i tracciati di esportazione per i più noti applicativi utilizzati dagli studi. I metodi di timbratura sono poi molto vari, tutelano la privacy garantendo però la certezza dei dati di timbratura all'azienda, ergo i "furbetti" non scappano più.. vicini o lontani. I costi poi degli eventuali device per le timbrature sono a mio parere molto competitivi rispetto alla concorrenza che propone strumenti costosi, datati e con tecnologie ormai obsolete.Altra trovata geniale sono gli scambi di messaggi con le risorse sulle varie richieste per non parlare del modulo di rimborso spese, delle comunicazioni, dell'intelligenza artificiale per la lettura dei documenti e sicuramente tante altre cose che sto dimenticato. Si vede che è studiato con la testa da gente che lo usa e ci si diverte!Ci sono dei pacchetti per le assistenze telefoniche a pagamento ma è talmente semplice e funzionale che non ho mai dovuto usarle!
    Cons:
    Ogni tanto qualche caduta dei server ma con tempi di ripristino molto rapidi... sono andati offline i colossi del web come Meta e Google quindi è permesso anche a loro di andare offline ogni tanto, nulla di grave!

    Reasons for switching to Fluida

    Avevamo necessità di un timbratore fisico ma smart, Essepaghe proponeva solo strumenti si certificati ma datati ed eccessivamente costosi per una timbratura che ad oggi è gestibile banalmente via bluetooth o con tecnologia NFC che ormai è diventata alla portata di chiunque. Lo strumento di timbratura GPS poi non è a norma GDPR e richiedeva la distruzione manuale dei dati. Fluida gestisce il dato in un modo diverso creando delle aree abilitate ergo "FLUIDA WIN".

    Per ora la utilizzo solo per le timbrature. Ottima. Semplice la prima configurazione, ottima l'attività di assistenza compresa nell'avvio dell'utilizzo, sostenibile il costo, semplice e pratico l'utilizzo degli utenti.

    La semplicità di configurazione in autonomia e di utilizzo
    Cons:
    Spesso la geolocalizzazione per autorizzare la timbratura non funziona ottimamente ed è necessario ricorrere alla timbratura manuale con autorizzazione del responsabile. Accade un po' su tutti gli smartphone degli utenti.

    Genericamente positiva, customizzazione semplice, anche se in alcuni casi un po' macchinosa per ovviare ai piccoli bug presenti (come il caso di fare più inserimenti di chiusure aziendali nel caso in cui il periodo comprende i gg rossi da calendario, percéè altrimenti il software segna come ferie imposte anche i gg rossi)

    What I like most about the Fluida platform is the ease of use. The software is very intuitive and because of this it was immediately useful. Another aspect that really stands out for me is how much time you save by being able to turn to a single platform for all your work needs; whether you’re requesting time off, quickly checking which colleagues are available or sending work related communications.
    Cons:
    There is really nothing I dislike. I just wish there were even more functions!
