Guusto - Easy and Convenient!

The team is responsive and customer service focused; the platform is easy to use. I would easily recommend it to anyone in the market for this type of platform.

Pros:

The ease and convenience of using it to award gift cards. I also like that we can personalize messages to include company branding.

getting funds loaded into the account, it takes too long. it seems that we can't just pay with our firm visa.

So fun to use!

I love that it is set up in a similar fashion to social media- which helps everyone want to engage with the program. We do have some staff who have major issues thinking that their personal information is being used in a negative way (being sold to 3rd parties)... so maybe ensuring that it is clearly stated that the information is not sold, would encourage more people to sign up for the programs.

Pros:

Very easy to use right out the gate. Love the interaction between teams/co-workers that wouldn't normally cross paths. So many added features that help manage your budget, friendly reminders about dates of importance as well. Introductions webinar was quite helpful, but I would say over drawn.

Cons:

I am not 100% sure yet as we are in our infancy of use within the company. So far it seems too good to be true!

I guess the only thing that I didn’t like is the cost as it is not free and there is fees to be paid

Great to Build Teamwork

I am not in administration, thus I only use it for small things. But I do love the perks such as the gift cards and rewards.

I love that I can interact and encourage coworkers, even ones I do not see every day! It also encourages me when others are able to recognize my efforts.

Cons:

At times, navigating can be a bit confusing. Trying to navigate what is where can be challenging. There was a bit of a learning curve.

Fabulous Customer service!

I had a very good experience, customer service was very helpful, and resolved my issue rapidly and completely, and stayed with me the entire process until everything was resolved.

Ease of use, wide variety of vendors. Great customer Service. Stayed with me every step of the way until all issues were resolved to my satisfaction.

Cons:

No access to a live voice to address issues. It was difficult to find assistance googling Guusto until I realized I was misspelling it. Was spelling it with one "u".

What I like the most about Guusto is the easiness to navigate the software. I love the peer to peer recognition.

User friendly and moral booster. There is a variety of gift cards for people to choose from. This is a great way to show appreciation to employees.

Cons:

I have not discovered one as of yet. I would have to dig deeper and really think on this. I will do this and do another review in the future.

Great Guusto

Love it. We used to have Teamo before and it was messy and got confused sometime to exchange the points with a gift.

I would like to see more products from Guusto for example Visa or Mastercard gift cards has choices. It will be great and maybe have more choices that matches the province?
