Pros:

The ease and convenience of using it to award gift cards. I also like that we can personalize messages to include company branding.

getting funds loaded into the account, it takes too long. it seems that we can't just pay with our firm visa.

I like how easy and straightforward it is to redeem my rewards I been use it on my iPhone and it works great

Cons:

I guess the only thing that I didn’t like is the cost as it is not free and there is fees to be paid

Convenient Gift Cards, But Frustrating Login Experience

Great experience except for the login feature. Regardless if you choose the "Do not challenge me on this device again", it still challenges you. Either fix this or remove it, but choose one.

Pros:

I like the convenience of being able to select what kind of gift card you would like to exchange it with. This give lots of flexibility instead of having it automatically deposited into your salary and get taxed on it.

Cons:

I wish there was a generic virtual visa or Mastercard option as there isn't a huge selection of gift card options available, OR, within Canada, have it e-transfered to your account.

User friendly and moral booster. There is a variety of gift cards for people to choose from. This is a great way to show appreciation to employees.

Cons:

I have not discovered one as of yet. I would have to dig deeper and really think on this. I will do this and do another review in the future.

Great Guusto

Love it. We used to have Teamo before and it was messy and got confused sometime to exchange the points with a gift.

Easy to use and so easy to see everything. It shows the money instead of points at least we can see how much we can exchange.

Cons:

I would like to see more products from Guusto for example Visa or Mastercard gift cards has choices. It will be great and maybe have more choices that matches the province?

Love Guusto!

I really like this platform. It's nice to get the occasional recognition award throughout the year from our managers and this platform makes it very easy.

Pros:

It's a very easy to use platform and there are a lot of great options to choose from. I like that we can send thank you messages back as well.

Cons:

Not being able to check unused gift card balances on the Guusto website for all merchants. Apart from that, I don't have any complaints about using the site.
