Customer support and value for money Exceptional Ease of Use: The platform is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly, both for managers sending rewards and for employees redeeming them. Sending a gift takes no time at all, and recipients can claim their reward effortlessly, often without needing to create a separate account.

Cons:

Detailed Analytics for Peer-to-Peer Recognition: Guusto does a great job of tracking gift redemptions and usage. However, having more granular, filterable data specifically on who is giving Shoutouts (peer-to-peer recognition) and which teams are most actively participating would be beneficial for measuring cultural impact.

Guusto is an amazing platform for giving employee recognition. My employees are so happy when they are recognised. It has a simple user interface, that makes it easy and convenient to address and reward your employees effort. They appreciate it.

Cons:

I would love to have access to the American merchants. I wish that they were all available. If American companies are available in Canada, they should be a merchant as well for Canada.

It was a corporate decision. I had submitted thoughts on more choices for recognition. I took feedback from employees and my company listened.

A great option to keep your gift card balance secure

My experience has been good and I have appreciated how streamlined the service is, in keeping my gift card dollars secured until I decide where and how to spend them.

There is a wide variety of vendors to choose from and you can also choose to redeem a few dollars between several vendors, if you have enough.

Cons:

I would like to see even more vendors, even a Visa if that's possible, or Sony or Microsoft. It was a little challenging to figure out how to redeem at first, but I figured it out.

easy to track and show when i receive gift card sand how to use them. i like that i can split up the guusto value into different gift cards.

Guusto is very easy to use, lots of choices for redeeming the gift cards. I love that it is so fast and easy.

Cons:

they used to have lululemon as a choice for gift card redemption and that is no longer a choice. I would like for that option to return.

Love Guusto!

I really like this platform. It's nice to get the occasional recognition award throughout the year from our managers and this platform makes it very easy.

It's a very easy to use platform and there are a lot of great options to choose from. I like that we can send thank you messages back as well.

Cons:

Not being able to check unused gift card balances on the Guusto website for all merchants. Apart from that, I don't have any complaints about using the site.
