Pros:

Based on my experience with HireEZ, the ROI has been substantial primarily due to two game-changing features. The AI review capability allows me to efficiently evaluate hundreds of candidate profiles in a fraction of the time it would take manually, essentially giving me superhuman screening capacity that translates to finding quality candidates much faster. What really amplifies the value is the seamless project sharing functionality - I can collaborate with team members in real-time, sharing candidate pools and insights without the usual back-and-forth emails or scattered spreadsheets.

Cons:

Nothing really - it is always evolving to find ways to meet consumer needs. Every product has ways to improve.

Efficient, Scalable Sourcing

We’ve been using HireEZ for over two years, and it’s had a measurable impact on our recruiting operations. It helped us reduce time-to-fill, increase passive candidate engagement, and simplify our sourcing tech stack. While there are still improvements we’d love to see, like faster campaign setup and A/B testing, the core functionality is strong and reliable. It’s become one of our go-to tools for outbound recruiting, especially for technical and senior roles.

Pros:

HireEZ makes outbound sourcing faster and more scalable. The ability to bypass LinkedIn’s connection limits and access full profiles across platforms has been a game-changer for finding hidden or hard-to-reach talent. The outreach sequencing is intuitive and includes a great feature for sending emails on behalf of hiring managers — which has helped us increase engagement while reducing their workload. It’s also very easy to use and train new team members on.

Cons:

Campaign management could be more streamlined. Handling multiple sequences at once can feel clunky, and there’s currently no built-in A/B testing to optimize outreach messaging. A bit more polish in these areas would take the tool from great to excellent.

Hiretual is like oxygen

Hiretual is like oxygen. You don't realize how much you need it until it's missing. I enjoy the ease of finding contact information with Hiretual. Additionally, their AI feature has helped me uncover profiles I had not normally found myself with Boolean search.

Cons:

I don't like that you only get 10 free lookups a week but hey, I guess they gotta make money too.

hireEZ is like having a whole team

overall, in the past, hiring EZ had more accurate information when it was hireTual. The features and integration piece has been great, and I can get positions on other sites through one source. I like that it has an integration with the ATS, which also makes recruitment easier.

I like the contact information aspect and seeing matching resumes. I also like the fact that when you post a position, it distributes your posting to other job boards for a wider range of candidates.

Cons:

if there are a lot of contact information hiccups, you have to take the time to send them all to an engineer to correct them. If you have a large batch with dated or incorrect information, you have to go through it one by one to send to the engineer.

Hiretual is my recruitment tool of choice!

I’ve used other tools in the past and what I like most about Hiretual would be the powerful AI sourcing function and search insights feature. In addition to the technology, what particularly sets Hiretual apart from any other tool is the Hiretual People, Team and Community. Reps and team have really created an intuitive culture by being accessible, responsive, and open to customer feedback, suggestions, and feature requests.

Pros:

Hiretual is my tool of choice for sourcing / recruitment. It is my go to for finding candidates with their contact information across disciplines and industries. Typically I am working on filling positions for stealth startups and small companies. Hiretual analytics have proven to be invaluable on candidate engagement and response rates.

Cons:

I have no cons to report regarding my experience with Hiretual

Entelo has a good product at first, with time the searches turned up an increased number of duplicates and invalid email addresses.

Easy search and outreach platform

Overall it's a fascinating and well thought out product as it takes sourcing and outreach to a new level in terms of convenience and effectiveness. The fact that it sources from multiple platforms gives you good results as long as you figure out the right filters in a sourcing task.

I think it's very easy and intuitive to set up outreach sequences through the platform. I love that it gives you a nice overview of tracking status, outreach templates and schedules. Secondly the sourcing feature is nicely set up and easy to use, specifically because it does resume and job description parsing.

Cons:

After using it for quite some time now on various sourcing tasks I can genuinely say that the AI Sourcing and automatic AI learning is not what we had hoped for. It does not seem to be as intuitive as initially expected and so you're required to manually adjust searches as needed.

It's a great platform that combines sourcing, outreach and contact info search engine and even ATS to some degree.

I like using their campaigns for email outreach, talent pools for sourcing, and scrubbing my ATS data with their integrations through projects

Cons:

I would say the Crelate/HireEZ integration could be more robust but I know it is complicated, like I would want to see the lists I have in crelate, a variety of the opportunities and I think the "tags" could speak better between each side

What I like most about hireEZ is how it helps me find passive candidates beyond LinkedIn by searching other sites and platforms. It also makes it easy to get personal emails and phone numbers, which saves me hours of research. Cons:

Sometimes the platform returns duplicate profiles, which takes extra time to clean up. Also, there’s a learning curve with all the advanced filters and features, especially for new users.

Great Time Using hireEZ

I have been happy with hireEZ overall and have even gotten a few sourced offers using it. I think the pros definitely outweigh the cons and has been a good addition to our sourcing toolbelt.

Pros:

The ability to find candidates personal contact information. Also using the campaign feature allows us to continuously hit candidates in a coordinated effort. The ability to integrate your ATS and upload candidates directly have been great.

Cons:

Their are constant updates which makes finding things sometimes a pain. Also a lot of the AI usage is not every good as of right now.
