- We started using this about 4 years ago, as a way to help manage our schedule and payroll a bit better, and the idea that employees could swap shifts and have it only approved by MGMT online was very appealing.
- You can not always resend an invite to a worker. If the worker does not accept and add it to their phone the first time, it is not always available to resend the invite to the worker a second time.
- What I like most about UKG Pro is the fact that it streamlines my schedule, timecard, and vacation time along with important employee details.
- Delayed alerts and notifications and poor customer support services are the major issues negatively affecting implementation of the software.
