IdealTraits vs Talos ATS: Which is best for you?

Their team and progressive software helps with everything from placing job ads to find the best candidates to video interview options that save valuable time.

I don't love the idea of telling a candidate I want them to take a personality assessment, but IdealTraits helps me best present that part.

One of the few features we managed to get implemented by them was the ability to edit our homepage for recruitment.

For example, if I pull applicant/role data, I can only see how many candidates have applied in total once the role is closed and candidates rejected, but I cannot see how many interviews were booked, how many were shortlisted etc throughout the course of the role process.
