Easy and helpful time tracking tool

Jibble is very helpful for tracking time. It is simple and easy to use. Google for teams and small companies. It helps manage work.

Pros:

I like it because it is easy time tracking and good for attendance. It is a simple and clear system. We can add team members also and reports are easy to see. We can track task with time.

Cons:

But jibble free version has limits. Some features need payment. Sometimes app is slow and sometimes reply takes time. Admin can control access.

Great Time Tracking Starter App

Overall experience, great, easy to use application grade for its access accessibility to users and the employees have said that they really enjoyed it again. This is a great application to get started which there was some minor functions like GPS tracking enablement so that we can see the places that we have been to and utilize the information for mileage tracking

Pros:

Triple a great application, easy to use and available for basically everybody. I help people determine what software to use for tracking and this was definitely the valley for its money as the bottom axis is that it's free however, the items that are needing to be paid are definitely worth it, especially when it comes to GEO tracking. Overall, we've had really great success with managing our employees as well as the employees of those that we recommend the application. We've got a great report from Gibble and the support team there and users have reported that it's quite easy to access the application.

Cons:

Some of the functions aren't as easily or intuitive. I would love that. There was time tracking records, so we're being left similar to those a QuickBooks where it would show a overview of the location in places people have gone. This would help tremendously also with mileage tracking so that we can better track miles based on the pin points of when workers were at

The other one was QuickBooks timesheets, as well as others that I can't remember, but they were in the same range as Jibble.

Price is a lot it was out of our budget and our clients on boarding was too rough

Need an attendance and time tracker for a small team? Look no further!

It used to be hard to keep track of where our team was spending the most time. What were our most productive timeframes? What was taking up too much time with very little ROI? I love that Jibble allows us to be able to clock in for specific projects or tasks. It was like saying goodbye to time wasted!

Pros:

I love that Jibble can easily be integrated with our team's communication platform, Slack, so we can clock in remotely and on mobile. Talk about working from anywhere and everywhere, productively!

Cons:

I don't think it's user-friendly for those who don't come from a tech background or are used to positions where you have multiple systems to keep track of daily.

What I liked most about Jibble was how simple and reliable it was for everyday use at work. Clocking in and out only took a moment, which helped shifts start smoothly. The layout is clean and easy to understand, so I could learn it quickly. I appreciated being able to clearly view my hours and schedules, which increased confidence in accurate pay. The app reduced errors compared to manual tracking and helped keep everyone organized. Overall, Jibble made time tracking efficient, convenient, and stress free for employees and management during daily operations.

Cons:

What I liked least about Jibble was fairly minor and did not strongly affect my experience. Occasionally the app could be slightly slow. There were also rare moments when the app needed to be refreshed to confirm a successful clock in. However, these issues were infrequent and usually resolved quickly. With continued updates focused on speed and performance, these small inconveniences could be improved. Overall, the negatives were minimal and did not outweigh the benefits Jibble provided for daily time tracking for staff and supervisors alike in busy workplace settings.

Jibble best free option out there hands down

love it, i cannot really do my business without it. i have no idea how they get away with giving it away for free

it's free and does exactly what i need it to do for me and my 6 employees. setup is easy. depending on how you want to set it up, the free version even gives you clock in with facial recognition and geo fencing

Cons:

free version does not provide custom excel sheet formatting - this might be my own lack of knowledge. but due to this missing feature on free sub, i cannot do a direct export to QBO i need to massage the data

free, and super easy to use. i wanted to utilize kiosk clock in and wanted to force a selfie or other method to verify presence. geofencing was also a plus, but i felt it a bit too invasive so taking a selfie for clock in and out, or at least having the option to do that, was a big plus for me

Not for a company on a fiscal year

My overall experience has been time consuming and irritating. We need a platform to record and approve PTO. At first this seemed like a great platform for us. However, it is not able to adjust to a fiscal year instead of a calendar year. On January 1st, everything resets. Very time consuming to fix the issue.

Intuitive platform that can be easy to use. I think it would work well for any company that does NOT work on a fiscal year.

Cons:

Lack of customer support (difficult to talk to someone on the phone and/or schedule a meeting) and the inability to use the platform easily because we use a fiscal year from July 1 - June 30. It makes calculating PTO very difficult because it resets in January.

Reasons for switching to Jibble

Because TrackSmart changed their platform and it no longer worked the same for PTO tracking.

This can be done by creating a new time-off policy and setting the accrual schedule to start on your fiscal year date, rather than the calendar year. Best timekeeping software for small business owners!

Jibble has made payroll so much easier and much more streamlined. Employees love the ease of the app and it's great having a way to track time in real time! Jibble is extremely user friendly and convenient- As as small business owner this program is great value and saves me TON's of time!

Employees were using the app to track their time, but it was cumbersome to make notes to help track what jobs/types of work they were doing, and then they would have to remember to send it to our payroll team each week.

Awesome timecard app!

Ease of use and seamless integration makes this a great choice for our small business. We are thankful for the free cost, too!

This has been such a seamless and easy set up for my small business. We currently have 4 employees and I was looking for a paperless system for 2026. I'm so happy we found Jibble! It is a much better process than our old write-it-down-on-a-printed-timecard system. Thank you, Jibble!

Cons:

The geofencing option eats up phone battery like crazy! We had to turn that off. In an 8 hour period, with no other apps running in the back ground, our phones averaged a 70% drop in battery charge. It must be pinging their location constantly. This is especially true for Android users. iPhones weren't as bad, but still a batter drain. Wish we could use it, but can't.

Jibble is very user friendly. It easily allows us to quickly see who is on the clock, as well as location of our employees. The customer support is also extremely easy to work with through chat, assisting however needed.

Cons:

I dont have many complaints about Jibble - other than I have not had enough time to truly dive in to all that it offers. I am certain we are not utilizing it to its full potential.

Ease of use, customer Support and value for Money was the most important factor for us. Comparing all other tracking tools on the market I found this one more user friendly and easy to use for my emplyers too.

Cons:

I am told by my employees that sometimes Jibble logs them out earlier when the work schedule is not scheduled for that time.
