User Friendly Time Tracking App for Everyday Workplace Use

My overall experience with Jibble has been very positive and productive in the workplace. The app made tracking hours simple, consistent, and transparent for employees. It reduced confusion around schedules and ensured time records were accurate. Jibble was easy to access on a daily basis and fit smoothly into regular routines. Any minor technical issues were rare and did not disrupt work. Overall, Jibble improved organization, accountability, and efficiency. Pros:

What I liked most about Jibble was how simple and reliable it was for everyday use at work. Clocking in and out only took a moment, which helped shifts start smoothly. The layout is clean and easy to understand, so I could learn it quickly. I appreciated being able to clearly view my hours and schedules, which increased confidence in accurate pay. The app reduced errors compared to manual tracking and helped keep everyone organized. Overall, Jibble made time tracking efficient, convenient, and stress free for employees and management during daily operations.

Cons:

What I liked least about Jibble was fairly minor and did not strongly affect my experience. Occasionally the app could be slightly slow. There were also rare moments when the app needed to be refreshed to confirm a successful clock in. However, these issues were infrequent and usually resolved quickly. With continued updates focused on speed and performance, these small inconveniences could be improved. Overall, the negatives were minimal and did not outweigh the benefits Jibble provided for daily time tracking for staff and supervisors alike in busy workplace settings.

Need an attendance and time tracker for a small team? Look no further!

It used to be hard to keep track of where our team was spending the most time. What were our most productive timeframes? What was taking up too much time with very little ROI? I love that Jibble allows us to be able to clock in for specific projects or tasks. It was like saying goodbye to time wasted!

Pros:

I love that Jibble can easily be integrated with our team's communication platform, Slack, so we can clock in remotely and on mobile. Talk about working from anywhere and everywhere, productively!

Cons:

I don't think it's user-friendly for those who don't come from a tech background or are used to positions where you have multiple systems to keep track of daily.

We have been using Jibble for the last 3 years and have had a good overall experience. The software merges easily with our payroll and our employees have had no issues learning and using the system.

It is easy to use and I love the reminders when I should clock in, the ease of use between mobile and desktop is wonderful. I can clock my time and see where I need to adjust before the end of pay period. The times I have had to contact customer service my issues were resolved very quickly and professionally. Our Employees enjoy the ability to self correct and report. In looking into many time tracking systems Jibble just made the most sense with ease of use and value for the money spent.

Cons:

I really had no issue with Jibble, the only learning curve we saw was the calendar itself starts on a Monday and it was a little adjustment just to remember to start on Monday noy a typical Sunday as normal calendars.

Best timekeeping software for small business owners!

Jibble has made payroll so much easier and much more streamlined. Employees love the ease of the app and it's great having a way to track time in real time! Jibble is extremely user friendly and convenient- As as small business owner this program is great value and saves me TON's of time!

Employees were using the app to track their time, but it was cumbersome to make notes to help track what jobs/types of work they were doing, and then they would have to remember to send it to our payroll team each week.

Not for a company on a fiscal year

My overall experience has been time consuming and irritating. We need a platform to record and approve PTO. At first this seemed like a great platform for us. However, it is not able to adjust to a fiscal year instead of a calendar year. On January 1st, everything resets. Very time consuming to fix the issue.

Intuitive platform that can be easy to use. I think it would work well for any company that does NOT work on a fiscal year.

Cons:

Lack of customer support (difficult to talk to someone on the phone and/or schedule a meeting) and the inability to use the platform easily because we use a fiscal year from July 1 - June 30. It makes calculating PTO very difficult because it resets in January.

Reasons for switching to Jibble

Because TrackSmart changed their platform and it no longer worked the same for PTO tracking.

This can be done by creating a new time-off policy and setting the accrual schedule to start on your fiscal year date, rather than the calendar year. No 1 Time Management tool

Ease of use, customer Support and value for Money was the most important factor for us. Comparing all other tracking tools on the market I found this one more user friendly and easy to use for my emplyers too.

Cons:

I am told by my employees that sometimes Jibble logs them out earlier when the work schedule is not scheduled for that time.

Jibble - The best time tracker on the market

Great experience. Easy to use, easy to navigate and download reports. Without a doubt, Jibble is making my management easier.

Pros:

It's just what I needed, not more, not less. Now I can track my employees work time, and use my own tools to make numbers. I like Jibble because is simple, easy to use, (workers love that), easy to set up and access. Also it allows me to customize projects and activities, that's an extra I was really happy with. Finally, the report shows me the data I need to do my numbers. I haven't tried costumer support because I haven't been in the need. Without a doubt, for me, JIBBLE is the best time tracker in the market. It's value is great and for less money.

Cons:

As I was saying, is what I need. I don't need advanced features for this purpose. So there's nothing I can complain about Jibble. Well, they could improve the "changing project/activity feature"

Jibble is the program you need for ACCURATE timesheets. 8/10

My overall experience with Jibble has been a life saver. As a freelance artist I set my prices based on the amount of time it takes me to complete a commission. The problem is I'm not very good at keeping track of times plus breaks. With Jibble I can easily press the buttons that correlate to clocking in and out. The automatic timer helps keep an accurate track of my hours for me.

I love that Jibble is easy to navigate, use, and understand. Even as a free user I am able to keep track of my hours and breaks as a freelancer.

Cons:

The thing I dislike the most about Jibble is that you can not input your time in, breaks, and time out all at once. I find myself constantly getting a error, which adds unnecessary steps to the process of keeping track of time.

not easy , can not print from app. not for construction

this is a nightmare. once you start it is hard to go back . no matter how much customer service is available , does not really matter if the app does not work for your specific needs.

not much. was one of the first to pop up on google search. customer service really tried to help but not successful.

Cons:

can not print a proper time sheet. no matter what other reviews say . I am a contractor and all I need is something simple for each employee where , what, and when .
