Jibble vs OnTheClock: Which is best for you?

Jibble's free version has enough features for our small private medical practice to easily track employee hours and has the ability to integrate with QuickBooks.

In particular, having to pay for custom work periods is frustrating, as this feels like a basic requirement rather than a premium feature. While the free version is good for simple tracking, it becomes limiting once you need even modest flexibility.

I like the ability to print all the timecards for the pay period with the separated by employee per page.

A minor annoyances is that when checking pay periods you can "go" into future pay dates that you haven't worked yet, so if I scroll all the way down assuming I will go to the latest date I scroll into the future.
