Lattice vs Peoplebox: Which is best for you?

My only dislike about Lattice is setting up meetings. Since I am used to using Microsoft Outlook's calendar for all my meeting set-ups, I sometimes get confused when I am unable to link my meeting in Outlook with my meeting in Lattice.

It keeps you on track for intended topics and tracking individual progress for your team members and their goals.

Editing goals is not so user friendly as I had to reach to HR to understand the same.
