- The integrations with other tools save time, and the customization options mean we can tailor surveys and reviews to our exact needs
- My only dislike about Lattice is setting up meetings. Since I am used to using Microsoft Outlook's calendar for all my meeting set-ups, I sometimes get confused when I am unable to link my meeting in Outlook with my meeting in Lattice.
- It has helped to streamline our review process and we are fine-tuning it with each review cycle to reflect what we are really looking for in a review/performance management tool.
- Visually it looks quite basic, and I don't believe it's particularly customisable but I may be wrong as I'm not the main Admin.
