Lever vs Oracle Taleo Cloud: Which is best for you?

Understanding the system and being guided during the process was so valuable - the Visual Insights (reporting) has allowed us to view data in ways we've never been able to before.

Frequent bugs/glitchy, reporting dashboard could be better, can’t attach word docs to the req requests so it’s inconvenient to have to copy and paste everything in a small box.

I administer TBE for my organization, and while Taleo has some clunky-ness, it is consistently available (no down-time experienced during business hours) and can perform most basic ATS tasks required.

It is unreliable and a chore to capture causing us to have to purchase a plug-in to produce insightful and accurate reporting.
