Mo is a perfect tools to improve and promoting a cheerful and positive work environment which everyone is communicating and interacting with each other in positive way. We also use Mo to celebrating worker achievement in work and life. Event like birthday is celebrate and participated by both colleagues and managers. All this has implant a sense of belonging in worker mind and make us to stick around longer.
Cons:
The changes isn't change in a day. Manager and superior need to work hard to keep things smooth and positive in workplace. Rewards distribution for over achiever need to be commensurate and make the receiver feel satisfied for their hard ward. Recognition by manager is one of the best feeling that worker can get in workplace.

Mo is good enough for making some fun appear at your workplace.

It gives the illusion that we like each other. The HR department likes the metrics or whatever and I received a $50 amazon card in January for doing my job which was a nice gesture I suppose and it also prevents remote employees from leaving.

Pros:
The best part is that it is connected to slack so I don't have to have an additional tab open. I also like the fact that you can post gifs in the shout outs; it adds a little humor to make it less awkward. In addition, the rewards store has amazon gift cards. Honestly, this is the only thing that matters to me.
Cons:
The notifications are annoying as they ping me about everything (no matter what) as long as it is related to Mo. And I always get confused with the "boost" button and I'm not sure if I'm using it correctly and also occasionally the application will crash when I attempt to load a picture into it.

Pros:
This is an excellent and effective platform to acknowledge my work peers success and as a recognition between co-workers. Every big event or small things that happen on my colleagues life is celebrated and its definitely brings joy, especially when this recognition message can be exchange with e-gift card rewards.
Cons:
I feel that monthly Mo's point distributed among workers isn't enough and would be better if administrator can set the limit themself. It will give worker more chances to collect enough point to redeem for monthly reward.

Mo provide us with simple yet powerful platform which employees and colleagues can communicate easily and engaging in casual environment. Loves the "Moments" features that help to improves collaboration, celebrating important event and recognize colleagues best work for company. It is fun when we can communicate and connect with colleagues to create a meaningful workplace and stress free work environment. Reward incentive is by far the most exiting features that allow manager to gives reward for best performing worker.
Cons:
Limited option in the reward category section. Most of the reward is only available for foreign country and not many option is available for my country.

The reward gifted to me to celebrate my project success is really a mood booster, I really happy when my work is appreciated by the higher-ups and not gone unnoticed.
Cons:
Limited gift card option to redeem. I can only choose from few popular brand gift card from the catalogue, I think they need to customized the gift card option that can cater user from different country and more local brand to participate.

Mo's is helping us to create a positive and engaging workplace that help to boost our interaction between colleagues, peers and managers. I can sent appreciation message to my co-worker for their special day like birthday, work anniversary or when they get award recognition from management for their performance. Manager will get notification reminding them to reward employees and sending point that later can be redeem for digital gift card.
Cons:
The reward selection used to have more verity that I can choose gift card from the vendor that I want. Lately, many of the option isn't available and I have to choose gift card from brands that I rarely use. Other than that, the recognition platform is now getting boring and no new features is added to keep employees to keep using it to sent out message or appreciation message.
